Gates® Tube Fittings according to DIN EN ISO 8434-1 and DIN 2353 are important pressure transmission components for a wide range of industrial applications, stationary equipment and mobile machinery. They are used in agricultural, automotive, industrial and marine markets where power transmission is essential. Gates hydraulic tubing components are designed and tested together, creating leak-free port-to-port solutions that allow for higher pressure assemblies, significantly less downtime, and unrivalled operational efficiency.
The Zinc Nickel coating on our Gates Hydraulic Tube Fittings protects against red rust for over 1200 hours (acc. to ISO 9227). It provides a significantly better surface protection than standard chrome VI free surface finishing materials, whilst easily reaching protection class K5 of the VDMA24576 standard.
Gates® Tube Fittings offers its customers the possibility to access 3D-data of their product portfolio via the internet and a smartphone app, to retrieve all important technical data. The CAD data is easily accessible via our Knowledge Centre, where data can be retrieved in various multilingual formats. Our 3D-CAD download portal is a new component of our customer service and therefore free of charge.
