    MXG™ 5K HYDRAULIC HOSE

    Our highest pressure Xpiral hose, MXG 5K is rated to 34.0 MPa (5,000 psi) and is tested for toughness. Utilizing our patented manufacturing process and reinforcement technology, it delivers proven performance in demanding environments. Traditional spiral hoses can be stiff, making routing difficult in tight spaces. With a 25% lower force-to-bend, installation is easier. MXG 5K's compact outside diameter and 20% weight reduction allow for increased hydraulic system power or minimized facility footprint without compromise. With four to six layers of high-tensile steel wire, MXG 5K is qualified to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at ISO 18752 DC (Size 16 is qualified to ISO 18752 CC), for exceptional durability where you need it most.

    MXT™- XTP HYDRAULIC HOSE

    Tested to 600,000 impulse cycles, MXT-XTP is a variable pressure hydraulic hose. Utilizing advances in manufacturing processes, we engineered a hose that is 30% lighter weight with a 40% lower force-to-bend, for easier installation and routing. Our optional XtraTuff™ Plus cover adds significant additional protection against abrasion and ozone. This wire braid hose meets multiple specifications, so you can feel confident that you have the hose you need, when you need it.     EFG6K™ SPIRAL WIRE HOSE

    Engineered for extremely high-pressure hydraulic applications, EFG6K delivers reliable performance under the most demanding conditions. This hose meets or exceeds SAE 100R15 and EN 856 4SP/4SH requirements, is compatible with biodegradable and petroleum-based fluids, and is qualified to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 50% of SAE 100R15 bend radii (except -32). Its superior flexibility and durability help reduce installation time and extend service life in the toughest environments.
