    C5D Hydraulic Hose

    Recommended for petroleum-base or phosphate ester fluids; diesel fuels and filtration lines, transmission coolant lines, hot lube oil lines, power steering (CAUTION: Intended for heavy-duty commercial vehicle use only), gasoline and turbocharger oil supplies. Tilt cab cylinder and air brakes. Not approved for biodiesel. C5D (-4 to -12) meets or exceeds DOTFMVSS 106-74 Type All, SAE J1402 Type All and SAE J1405 and fuel resistance of SAE J30R2.

    • Recommended Couplings: C5 Field Attachable Couplings C5X Field Attachable Couplings (-5, -8 and -12).
    • Temperature Range:
        • -40°C to +149°C
        • -40°F to +300°F
      • Air only:
        • +121°C
        • +250°F
      • Maximum phosphate esters:

        • +212°F

    Features and Benefits

    • Tube: Black, oil and heat-resistant, synthetic rubber (CPE).
    • Reinforcement: One braid of high-tensile steel wire over one braid of polyester.
