    DIVERSITY, EQUITY,
    AND INCLUSION COUNCIL

     

    Gates is dedicated to growing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. That’s why we have created a DE&I Council that is committed to building DE&I resources, improving education, and supporting DE&I programs throughout the company. The DE&I Council has identified 3 business resource groups (BRGs) that are aimed to support different communities within Gates.

    Gates celebrates our employees’ different heritages, and we want to create a space where people of all backgrounds feel accepted. Our PALs BRG aims to promote a dialogue on the richness and complexity of the Pan-Asian American experience, and to provide a place for development, connection, learning and engagement.

    The mission of Out Front LGBTQ+ & Allies BRG is to support, empower, and build a community around the voices of Gates’ LGBTQ+ employees and allies. Through events, increased understanding, and authentic representation, our company strives to create a more open and inclusive environment for our employees. Gates, proud to move you.

    We are proud to work with service men and women who have served or continue to serve our country. Our Veterans BRGs mission is to connect veterans, their families, and supporters for the betterment of Gates and the community. We work tirelessly to help Gates veterans discover rewarding career opportunities across our global communities.
