Gates is dedicated to growing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts. That’s why we have created a DEI Council that is committed to building DEI resources, improving education, and supporting DEI programs throughout the company. The DEI Council has identified 3 business resource groups (BRGs) that are aimed to support different communities within Gates. These groups will be launched in 2023.
Gates celebrates our employees’ different heritages, and we want to create a space where people of all backgrounds feel accepted. Our Asian American BRG aims to create a community full of support for our employees who identify as having Asian American heritage.
