We offer two potential constructions to meet your application needs – welded endless and open ended. A variety of tooth pitch, length, and material combinations are available that cover a wide range of possible configurations for your specific application.

    • Parallel cord construction ensures that no cords are exposed at belt edges and provide superior tracking and uniform tensioning.
    • Tough polyurethane construction provides increased durability and superior resistance to oil, chemical, and water contact as well as resistance to cuts and abrasion.
    • Nylon back and tooth surface options are available for quieter operation and reduced friction.

Gates TPU manufactures linear timing belts in a variety of tooth pitch, length, and material combinations. This broad offering, combined with our extensive fabrication capability, provides a wide range of possible configurations to meet your application requirements. Available in multiple constructions: welded endless, open ended, and mechanically fastened.

    • Countless customization options offered by our broad fabrication capabilities, including welded profiles, added backings, and numerous machining options, such as grinding, punching, and slitting.
    • Durable and clean running, these belts provide quiet and positive motion for industrial, general conveying, automatic door applications, etc.
    • Offered with steel and aramid tension members to limit belt stretch and increase tensile strength.
    • Available with V-guide for self-tracking and elimination of any lateral movement.
    • Choice of polymers including FDA-approved grade and cold temperature resins.
    • Standard temperature range: -5°C to +70°C (+23°F to +158°F).
    • Low temperature range option available - temperatures from -30°C to +50°C (-22°F to +122°F).
    • Sealed cord options available for corrosive applications.
