Gates TPU FlatClean™ Belts are an all-purpose polyurethane flat belt reinforced with aramid tensile members. The combination of a non-fraying polyurethane jacket material with sealed tensile members minimizes belt stretch, reduces re-tensioning, and extends belt life. Various high performance surface textures are available to meet specific product release, placement, and control needs.

FlatClean™ Belts are designed to run on standard conveyor belt pulleys while providing greater abrasion resistance and better product retention. The combination of a non-fraying polyurethane jacket material with sealed tensile members minimizes belt stretch, reduces re-tensioning, and extends belt life. Our FC9 belt offers a dual durometer construction, meaning it consists of two different materials with varying hardness produced via a special extrusion process: the bottom of the belt has a harder, abrasion resistant urethane while the top of the belt has a softer urethane that provides better product retention and improved wrap around smaller diameter pulleys. Our FC12 belt is an all-purpose flat belt appropriate for most applications with a 2” minimum pulley diameter.
