On April 7th, 2000 PT Probesco opened their 3rd Gates Construction Retail Shop in Jakarta where their home office is located. The opening was made in conjunction with the Indonesia 2000 Mining- Expo Trade Show where Gates sponsored a booth. Premium Gates products especially designed for the tough, demanding environments of mining were promoted. Unique products like MegaFlex, MegaTuff, and MegaCrimp were highlighted at the show. Programs like Safe Hydraulics and the Quick PIC and AIM CD were also promoted. Live demonstrations of the Gates Mobile Crimp 4-20 crimper attracted crowds everyday of the show.

Over 400 valued customers were invited by PT Probesco to an evening of entertainment and celebration of the newest Gates Construction shop to open. Food, door prizes, songs, dances and awards were all a part of the energetic evenings events.
