8th Gates Construction Shop in mainland China, 26th in Asia - Xiamen Xingkaichi Industrial & Trade Co., Ltd - was officially opened by Mr. Thomas. C. Snyder, Director of Asia from Gates World Wide Fluid Power Division in Denver, Colorado, USA and Mr. Chen Yanda, General Manager of Xiamen Xingkaichi.

Xingkaichi has been appointed as Gates industrial belt distributor in China for several years and they have achieved great success in the business. It is a nature result for them to move into the Gates hose business and extend the good relationship between the two parts. The newly set up shop stocked full product line of Gates hydraulic hose, coupling, equipped with the online QPA software and have the well trained sales staff who will dedicate in the Gates hose sales. The markets Xiamen XingKaichi will serve include local construction equipment OEMs and end-users, port equipment and industrial hydraulics application etc.

Xiamen, located in the southern part of China, is one of the most developed coastal city and one of most important Construction Equipment manufacture site. Like the big wheel loader makers Xiagong, Longgong are both within this area. About 20 guests from the local construction industry and local government attended the ceremony, The opening included keynote speeches, brand unveiling, QPA presentation.
