In Petrotech 2010 Gates Engineering and Services launched 37th quick response cell in India. Quick Response Centers are dedicated oil, gas and marine service outlets offering the complete range of Gates oil field products and services. Gates is starting manufacturing of higher bore diameter hose assemblies meeting various standards applicable to Oil and Gas industry.

Hose and Connectors that convey fluids, gases and/or solids encompasses hydraulic and industrial hoses, couplings, adaptors, quick release coupling, hydraulic valves and other accessories. Right from suction and discharge hose assemblies to extreme high pressure hoses like rotary, vibratory, choke and kill and cementing hoses, we offer international quality at domestic prices with Gates E&S service levels, never experienced in the Indian industry earlier. Gates hoses are certified by API, ABS and DNV and will also offer Hose Management and Hose Condition Monitoring to do preventive and predictive maintenance.
Hydraulics solutions provide pressure testing and hot oil flushing to ensure that there are no catastrophic failure and expensive downtime for the equipment repair. Gates E & S flushing systems are suitable for use in Zone 2 areas and have capability to include remote operating pumps when there are space constraints. Gates E & S teams are well prepared to execute the jobs to the highest oilfield standards, with method statements, calibration requirements, execution plans, risk assessments, after test documentations and safety training for offshore and onshore operations.
Filtration solutions from Gates E & S includes filtration of hydraulic oil, gear oil, lube oil, transformer oil, fuel or water. Filtration solution leads to reduced fluid consumption , acceptable dirt levels leading to longer system life and increased productivity. We have capability to filter up to 1 micron levels with dual frequency electrical motors with 50/60 Hz filtration system. Gates can serve both oil fields, marine and industrial sectors with filtration system.
Pumping Services are chemical cleaning services for surfaces and walls of equipments, pipelines, vessels, tanks, boilers, cooling water system and heat exchangers to rid them of unwanted containment. Their specialization is in servicing without dismantling and reassembling, does not damage the equipment and improves the life of the base metal.
