Gates participated at Excon 2011, the 6th International Construction Equipment And Construction Technology Trade Fair from 23-27 November,2011 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru and was organized by Confederation of Indian industries. Excon 2011 with its new ideas / trends has in the store the best opportunity for Companies to network and further strengthen the existing business and establish newer ones. Excon 2011 will be the ideal platform for not only the Indian companies but also for the International buyers & Investors. IMX 2011,Pune

The 2011 Industrial Maintenance Expo (IMX) was held in Pune from 4 November 2011- 6 November 2011 at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Centre, Pune. This 3 day exhibition was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry & it mainly featured on service, maintenance & care. Some of the important highlights of this exhibition are face to face meeting with buyers, explaining condition monitoring and focus on B2B Market.

Process Engineering Expo 2011

INDIAMART PROCESS ENGINEERING EXPO 2011 was the first of its kind in India, held in Hyderabad from September 1-3, 2011, organized by M/s Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt Ltd., Chennai and M/s Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd. (HITEX), Hyderabad. This focused mainly on the large and varied Process Engineering sector which is spread widely across the length and breadth of the country.

The objective of participating in the Process Engineering Expo 2011 was to provide a meeting platform to both end-users and dealers and to showcase the range of Gates products especially the soon-to-be-launched Megasys Hose. This enabled us to reach the majority of the users of our products and services in a very short period and in a well-planned manner, thereby showcasing our product innovations. The novelty of this exposition is that it is not restricted to any particular product segment or any individual user of the industry, but with a focus on the multifaceted process related industries. The focused industry segment for this expo will include Cement, Chemical, Steel, Power, Metallurgy, Fertilizer, Paper, etc., all of which have the application of hoses to generate end products.

IFEX 2011

Gates participated in IFEX 2011 – the 7th International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment and Supplies (organized by
IIF -- THE INSTITUTE OF INDIAN FOUNDRYMEN) held at Chandigarh, India between 11th to 13th Feb., 2011. The specially crafted Gates India stall was well appreciated and visitors thronged for a glimpse of various Gates products customized for the Foundry and Metal Industry

The Chief Guest Mr. Jagat Shah, Managing Director, Inductotherm India, who was kind enough to take out time and grace the occasion inagurated the Gates stall and also launched GAJRA – the new premium Coke Injection Hose from Gates. Gajra is recommended for highly abrasive particles like coke particles, Gravel, Sand or a mixture of all with air. Especially recommended for extreme abrasive conditions where normal Sand Blast Hoses are not able to perform. It outperforms any hose in such severe working conditions. Concurrent to the IFEX, the 59th Indian Foundry Congress was also organized by the IIF at Chandigarh. Gates participated in this premier congregation as part of the Tech Mart Seminar on 12th Feb by presenting a paper on advancements in solutions for the Foundry Industry. An Expo organized by CII North East wing to create a buyer seller platform for Engineering products required by Customers of North East. There is a major Infrastructure development work Going on in this part of the country which slightly lagging behind as compared to the rest of the Country.
