Gates Participated in the first edition of the Industrial Expo 2012 in Nagpur from 12-15th March 2012 to penetrate the regional market. The expo provided an opportunity to Gates to promote its products in the fluid power and the power transmission segment at the micro lever and cater to the needs of the end users.

COMMEX 2012

Gates Participated in the TIMES COMMEX –the CONSTRUCTION & MINING MACHINERY EXPO 2012 held at Gujarat University Exhibition Hall and Ground, AHMEDABAD from 15th to 18th February 2012. Gates Participated in the 4th edition of the Expo which majorly focused on Construction and Mining Machinery with an endeavor to showcase its products to manufacturers, and end users and experts to meet and explore business opportunities. The stall was inaugurated by Mr. Neeraj Bhatia- GM &SBU head- construction equipment segment, Eimco Elicon followed by a Joint lamp lighting session by the Chief Guest and the Gates Team. Gates Channel Partners also graced the occasion. Gates hosted significant events during this four day exhibition. Gates Global Products Hydraulic Catalogue was launched by Mr. Mr. Anand Patel : ED - Gujarat Apollo. This new catalogue describes the capabilities of Gates in the hydraulic segment along with detailed overview of the Gates Hoses and Couplings specific to the Hydraulic segment with a special focus on the Megasys Hose System. The Gatesway of India- the quarterly newsletter describing Gates activities in India was launched on the Third day of the exhibition. The 7th Volume of the newsletter was launched by Mr. Yogesh Watane , Senior Manager, service, SANY-Chakan and Gates Channel Partner Mr. Kirit Shah from Real Hydraulics.

EXCON 2011

Gates participated at Excon 2011, the 6th International Construction Equipment And Construction Technology Trade Fair from 23-27 November,2011 at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre, Bengaluru and was organized by Confederation of Indian industries. Excon 2011 with its new ideas / trends has in the store the best opportunity for Companies to network and further strengthen the existing business and establish newer ones. Excon 2011 will be the ideal platform for not only the Indian companies but also for the International buyers & Investors. Gates has been a part of Excon from 2007 and this has been its third participation in the biannual Trade fair.

IMX 2011,Pune

The 2011 Industrial Maintenance Expo (IMX) was held in Pune from 4 November 2011- 6 November 2011 at the Auto Cluster Exhibition Centre, Pune. This 3 day exhibition was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry & it mainly featured on service, maintenance & care. Some of the important highlights of this exhibition are face to face meeting with buyers, explaining condition monitoring and focus on B2B Market.

Process Engineering Expo 2011

INDIAMART PROCESS ENGINEERING EXPO 2011 was the first of its kind in India, held in Hyderabad from September 1-3, 2011, organized by M/s Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt Ltd., Chennai and M/s Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd. (HITEX), Hyderabad. This focused mainly on the large and varied Process Engineering sector which is spread widely across the length and breadth of the country.

The objective of participating in the Process Engineering Expo 2011 was to provide a meeting platform to both end-users and dealers and to showcase the range of Gates products especially the soon-to-be-launched Megasys Hose. This enabled us to reach the majority of the users of our products and services in a very short period and in a well-planned manner, thereby showcasing our product innovations. The novelty of this exposition is that it is not restricted to any particular product segment or any individual user of the industry, but with a focus on the multifaceted process related industries. The focused industry segment for this expo will include Cement, Chemical, Steel, Power, Metallurgy, Fertilizer, Paper, etc., all of which have the application of hoses to generate end products.

IFEX 2011

Gates participated in IFEX 2011 – the 7th International Exhibition on Foundry Technology, Equipment and Supplies (organized by
IIF -- THE INSTITUTE OF INDIAN FOUNDRYMEN) held at Chandigarh, India between 11th to 13th Feb., 2011. The specially crafted Gates India stall was well appreciated and visitors thronged for a glimpse of various Gates products customized for the Foundry and Metal Industry

The Chief Guest Mr. Jagat Shah, Managing Director, Inductotherm India, who was kind enough to take out time and grace the occasion inagurated the Gates stall and also launched GAJRA – the new premium Coke Injection Hose from Gates. Gajra is recommended for highly abrasive particles like coke particles, Gravel, Sand or a mixture of all with air. Concurrent to the IFEX, the 59th Indian Foundry Congress was also organized by the IIF at Chandigarh. Gates participated in this premier congregation as part of the Tech Mart Seminar on 12th Feb by presenting a paper on advancements in solutions for the Foundry Industry.
