Belts

Automatic Tensioners & Pulleys

Gates Green Stripe DriveAlign belt tensioners are specially engineered for demanding heavy-duty applications. Diesel engines are inherently harsh on automatic belt tensioners. They literally shake and vibrate certain OE designs to a premature end. But not Gates Green Stripe DriveAlign heavy duty automatic belt tensioners. They're engineered for the long haul.

Hose

Gates offers a wide variety of hoses for conveying coolant, air, steam, water, oil, fuel and other fluids. All Gates hoses are designed for demanding heavy-duty applications. If it has the Green Stripe, you know it's engineered to take the punishment heavy-duty fleets and off-road equipment demand. Over the long haul, Gates heavy-duty Green Stripe products are the most cost effective per mile in the heavy-duty industry.

Caps & Thermostats

Gates offers a complete line of thermostats, gaskets, seals, radiator pressure caps, oil filler caps, fuel and saddle tank caps for fleet and heavy-duty application.

Clamps

Gates provides many styles of clamps for fleet and heavy-duty applications. For superior clamping that eliminates those nasty cold coolant leaks, use Gates PowerGrip Shrink Band clamps.

Air Brake Hose

All Gates hose for air and vacuum braking systems are subjected to a computer controlled manufacturing process to assure product uniformity. Braking system hoses meet or exceed SAE J1402 and SAE J1403 specifications and comply with FMVSS 106.

Power Steering

Gates offers a complete line of OEM type power steering assemblies that meet or exceed SAE specifications for quality and long service life. Build assemblies in the field, too, using PS188 power steering hose, MFA couplings and a Gates hydraulic crimper.

Hydraulic

Gates offers a complete line of hydraulic hose and couplings to handle systems with extremely high to low-pressure requirements. Gates is the world leader in offering more coupling configurations to meet your exact needs.
