Gates France SARL Louvres The Gates Corporation, whose headquarters are in Denver USA, is one of the market leaders in the production of hi-tech rubber belts and hoses for industrial, hydraulic, agricultural and automotive applications and is part of Tomkins Ltd., a publicly listed company. In Europe, The Gates Corporation employs about 3,000 people in different production, sales and distribution centers. In France, the Gates Service Center located in Meyzieu, near Lyon, has 2 sub-departments: a sales office is steering activities concerning application and sales of hydraulic products for the Industrial General and IOE markets of the Fluid Power Division in Europe. A Distribution Center is delivering belts, kits and automotive components for South Europe customers from the Automotive aftermarket division. In France, the Gates site in Louvres (Val d'Oise) near Roissy Charles de Gaulle is a sales office that assures the commercialisation of Gates products for the automotive aftermarket and for the industry (construction and replacement).
