Oil cooler assemblies fail for a variety of reasons. Prolonged exposure to ozone, extreme temperatures and high salt concentrations in the air are typical culprits. Gates Tube Bender Makes OE-Equivalent TOC Assemblies
 Gates new Bend-N-Fit™ tube bender tool allows transmission shops to fabricate their own OE-equivalent transmission oil cooler assemblies, and eliminate the costs and time associated with sourcing dealership parts.
The tube bender is also ideal for making out-of-production and custom assemblies using Gates heat resistant bulk hose, and rust and corrosion resistant tubing. Quick connect and standard fittings, and O-ring, washer and clip kits are also available from Gates.
Gates Bend-N-Fit tube bender can be used with SAE and metric tubing – without changing any tooling - in 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2-in. (6 - 13mm) sizes. Bulk hose is available in 3, 10 and 25-ft. lengths.
