Recommended for: Steam King is a tough, flexible industrial hose designed for a range of heavy-duty transfer uses including heat control, melting of substances such as wax and glue, thawing, cleaning, and steam transfer applications. It will handle all types of steam – saturated and uperheated – up to 250 psi and +450ºF (+232ºC).
WARNING: DO NOT ALTERNATE USE BETWEEN STEAM AND WATER.

 

Temperature range: -40°F to +450°F(-40°C to +232°C) continuous service.

Tube: Type P2 (EPDM) hose. Black.

Reinforcement: Braided, high tensile steel wire.
3/8" & 1/2": one-braid.
3/4" thru 2": two-braid.

Cover: Type P2 (EPDM). Black. All sizes are perforated.

Branding: Continuous molded brand.

Example: 205MB Steam King®3/4 Inch 2 Wire Braid 250 PSI WP at 450 Degrees F Made In U.S.A. Caution: Tighten Clamps Before Using.

Packaging: 50' lengths coiled and tied in carton.
3/8" x 50': 250' per carton.
1/2" x 50': 200' per carton.
3/4" x 50': 150' per carton.
1" x 50': 100' per carton.
1 1/4" x 50': 50' per carton.
1 1/2" x 50': 50' per carton.
2" x 50': 50' per carton.
3/8" on reel: 200' to 300', maximum three pieces, minimum length 25', one length under 100'. 1/2", 3/4", 1" on reel: 500', maximum three pieces, all lengths in 50' increments.
