Recommended for: Tank truck, barge, ship, or storage tank suction and discharge transfer of a variety of mild acid and chemical products. When the application calls for light or medium duty, Colt is the hose to choose. It’s specifically designed to transfer milder materials such as sodium carbonate, methanol, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, ethylene glycol, and many more. With Colt, you don’t have to purchase more hose than you need.
 

Temperature range: -40°F to +250°F (-40°C to +121°C) normal service. Rating is dependent on the specific chemical conveyed. Call Gates Product Application for applications above 125°F (+52°C).

Tube: Type P (EPDM). Black.

Reinforcement: Synthetic, high tensile textile with steel wire helix for full suction capability and flexibility.

Cover: Type P (EPDM). Yellow corrugated with green spiral stripe.

Branding: Continuous transfer label.

Example: Colt® Acid-Chemical Suction/Discharge 150 PSI (1.03MPa) WP Made In U.S.A. For Your Safety: Use Permanent Couplings above 125°F (+52°C).

Packaging: Coiled and wrapped in polyethylene.
