Recommended for: Tank truck, barge, ship, or storage tank suction and discharge transfer of a variety of specialized acid and chemical products. Renegade is made with an Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) tube stock that offers excellent resistance to over 450 specialized acids and chemicals including acrylonitrile, oxalic acid (50%), perchloric acid (70%), phosphoric acid (90%), and many more.
 

Temperature range: -40°F to +212°F (-40°C to +100°C) normal service. Rating is dependent on the specific chemical conveyed. Call Gates Product Application for applications above 125°F (+52°C).

Tube: Type L (UHMWPE). Clear, backed with Gatron™ Modified Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) for flex fatigue safety at the coupling.

Reinforcement: Synthetic, high tensile textile with steel wire helix for full suction capability and flexibility.

Cover: Type P (EPDM). Green corrugated with yellow spiral stripe.

Branding: Continuous transfer label.

Example: Renegade™ Acid-Chemical Suction/Discharge 200 PSI(1.38MPa) WP Made In U.S.A. For Your Safety: Use Permanent Couplings above 125°F.

Packaging: Coiled and wrapped in polyethylene.
