E-crimp is a Microsoft Access program that allows the user to find and print crimp data for Gates Hydraulic and Industrial hose.
This program can be used to find crimp data for the MobileCrimp 4-20, PC 707, PC 3000B,GC32-XD™ Global Hose Crimper and Omni Crimp 21. The data can be collected into custom crimp charts by using the special Hydraulic or Industrial Look-ups Section. Or the user can print out complete groups of crimp data from the Reports Section.
Due to the size of the program, these Access files have been put into an executable zip format. This will allow the user to put the file on a 3.5" disk and will decrease download time. The user will not need any zip programs to unzip the program on their computer. Just double-click on the icon and select a folder for the Access file to be saved to (default is c:\windows\temp).
WARNING!
An incorrect hose assembly can rupture or blow apart in use, resulting in serious injury, death, or property damage. REMEMBER: Others depend on you to make correct assemblies.
FOR SAFETY’S SAKE USE THIS MACHINE ONLY IF YOU:
1. Receive hands-on TRAINING with this Gates crimper and assemblies.
2. Follow current GATES OPERATING MANUAL and CRIMP DATA for the OMNICRIMP® 21 crimper.
3. Use only NEW (UNUSED GATES) hose and fittings.
4. Wear SAFETY GLASSES.
5. Keep hands clear of moving parts.

Gates recommends only those hose and coupling combinations specified in the Gates Hydraulic Product catalogs. Gates disclaims any liability for any hose assemblies which have not been produced in conformance with Gates assembly recommendations.

Recent changes:
The program has been modified so that the 21 and 22 dies will show on the 'Lookup' portion of the program. All the 21 and 22 die data can still be found in the 'Reports' section.
The new data includes: Add New SC32 Crimper Data; Size 10 and 12 Life Guard Sleeve (report location); new hoses Lift Master and EFLW Mine Hose.
New GSP couplings data: The new SCORPION Industrial Hose size 32; size 24 and 32 MegaTech II (ACP); size 24 500MP and 1000MP Mine Spray; size 32 Terminator and size 24 GMV.
