Technicians can configure a custom-bent hose using straight heater hose, thereby maximizing their hose sales and profits. Heavy-Duty Ratcheting Serpentine Wrench
Designed for restricted areas where radiator hoses, charged air cooler pipes, hydraulic lines, frame rails, and doghouse or engine shrouding often interfere with maintenance. The 13-inch tool has a 27-tooth ratchet for better tool positioning and more swing than standard serpentine belt wrenches. Reversible ratchet head is only 1” thick to fit between tensioner face and fan blades. Works on any serpentine belt tensioner with a 1/2” square drive opening, including engines made by Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, International, Navistar, Mack and Volvo.

TIMING SYSTEM TOOLS

Multi-Lock Tool (pictured right) Eliminates the risk of expensive damage from interference piston-to-valve or valve-to-valve contact by "locking" twin camshafts in place during timing belt replacement or engine overhaul. Hydraulic Tensioner Pin Set is used to compress timing belt tensioners during service. A Gates exclusive, the pin set is made of hardened spring steel to hold the strongest tensioners.
