Design
IQ may or may not run on Vista installations, depending
on the version and install parameters. Vista 64-bit and
Vista Home are very problematic. Vista Pro and Vista Ultimate
in the 32-bit versions will sometimes run Design IQ if the
settings are correct. In all cases, additional software
from Microsoft (which you might already have installed)
is required to make Design IQ operate. Unfortunately, we
are not supporting Vista installations of Design IQ because
of these problems.
Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4, 2000, XP, and XP Home Edition.
At least 24 Megabytes of RAM for Windows 95, 98, and ME, 48 preferred
At least 32 Megabytes of RAM for Windows NT, 64 preferred
At least 64 Megabytes of RAM for Windows 2000 and XP, 128 preferred
At least 18 Megabytes of free disk space to install, 10 Megabytes to run
A video card and monitor with at least 800 x 600 resolution
A pointing device such as a mouse
A keyboard
A laser or Ink-jet printer - dot-matrix printers are not supported but may work
For Windows NT, 2000, and XP, the installer must be an administrator
