Gates E2E Hose System wouldn’t be a solution without couplings.

Gates new GLX couplings provide a simple, efficient solution for crimping Industrial Hose assemblies. GLX couplings are specifically designed for textile reinforced Multi-Purpose, LP350 Propane-Butane, and Cyclone Washdown Industrial hoses, from ¼" to 1¼" ID, and up to 1,000 psi.

GLX couplings are a one piece design with a smooth ID ferrule that won’t cut through the reinforcement. Popular male pipe and female swivel terminations are in stock. The stem OD and the ferrule ID dimensions provide for an optimum hand insertion force. You can feel the coupling “hit bottom” and it won’t fall off before crimping.

TuffCoat™ plating on the GLX coupling components provides an estimated four times greater rust resistance than standard zinc and cadmium plating that can rust on the inside and outside surfaces, resulting in leaks and contamination.
